The engineer collaborates across infrastructure, security, observability, telephony, architecture, and business technology teams.

Supports and enhances the Workday Finance environment, including configuration, security roles, reporting, integrations, troubleshooting, testing, upgrades, data governance, and user support. Partners with Accounting and Finance stakeholders to document requirements, improve processes, deliver system enhancements, and maintain accounting system integrity across GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and financial close functions. Creates documentation, delivers training, and supports Workday releases and implementations.

Leads growth and placement analytics for North American Insurance, applying predictive modeling, segmentation, experimentation, and optimization to improve revenue, win rates, market placement, and retention. Builds and manages an analytics team, prioritizes the roadmap, embeds insights into operating workflows, measures business impact, develops self-service capabilities, and partners with stakeholders across the organization.

Own the product backlog, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and roadmap support for data and risk-management platforms. Lead Scrum ceremonies, coordinate sprint execution, remove blockers, track delivery, and communicate status across engineering, QA, business, and industry stakeholders. Translate complex workflows involving MVR automation, telematics, risk scoring, and compliance into scalable software solutions while improving agile processes and documentation.

Leads the architecture, development, deployment, and optimization of Workday integrations across HR, finance, and enterprise systems. Designs scalable solutions using Workday tools, APIs, middleware, web services, XML/XSLT, and SQL. Partners with business and technical stakeholders, oversees integration projects, mentors team members, troubleshoots issues, documents solutions, and ensures testing, release, compliance, and data accuracy across systems.

Serve as a strategic HR advisor to Growth leaders, aligning talent strategies with business objectives. Responsibilities include workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, employee relations, organizational change, cultural integration, compensation, retention, performance management, onboarding, and leadership coaching. The role requires influencing leaders, mentoring HRBPs, supporting geographically distributed teams, and driving HR programs in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Leads the enterprise ontology for insurance coverage, exposure, underwriting, claims, and loss data. Defines business concepts, schemas, classifications, mappings, lineage, governance standards, and data quality rules. Integrates internal, carrier, IVANS, catastrophe, geospatial, and other third-party data. Partners with underwriting, claims, analytics, technology, governance, product, and regulatory teams to enable trusted reporting, AI, predictive modeling, and operational workflows while maintaining alignment with ACORD and industry requirements.

Accountable for Acrisure's Palantir environment: hands-on tenant administration, ingress/egress design, permissions architecture, reusable component catalog, FinOps, governance, security/compliance, and platform-team leadership. Operates, optimizes, and enforces standards while presenting cost/capacity tradeoffs to executives.

Design, build, test, and maintain application and data integrations (APIs, file transfers, services, SQL). Collaborate with business and IT to analyze requirements, document designs, develop services and data extracts, troubleshoot integration errors, and support deployments and testing across ERP/HCM/EPM systems.

Manages a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, serving as the primary contact for renewals, policy changes, account servicing, coverage recommendations, retention, and cross-selling. Collaborates with internal teams to resolve issues, improve service delivery, and encourage digital tool adoption. Requires an active property and casualty license, commercial lines or account management experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Applied Epic or a similar agency management system.

Manages a portfolio of personal insurance clients, serving as the primary contact for renewals, policy changes, servicing, and coverage recommendations. Identifies cross-selling and account-rounding opportunities to support retention and growth. Collaborates with internal teams to resolve issues, improve service delivery, and encourage digital tool adoption. Requires an active P&C license, strong organizational and communication skills, and at least two years of personal lines or account management experience.

Manages a small-group employee benefits book of business, serving as the primary client contact and providing insurance plan, compliance, renewal, and carrier guidance. Builds relationships, supports enrollment, maintains account data, drives retention and growth, identifies cross-selling opportunities, promotes digital self-service tools, and coordinates with marketing, HR, compliance, and third-party partners.

Manage day-to-day service and policy maintenance for mid-size to large commercial accounts. Build client relationships, support renewals and retention, collaborate on risk management and proposals, handle claim reporting and carrier oversight, up-sell coverage, coach junior staff, and ensure compliance with licensing and agency procedures.
