Serves as the liaison between business stakeholders and Enterprise Technology teams to analyze needs, document requirements, and deliver ServiceNow enhancements. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, process analysis, stakeholder communication, UAT coordination, project status reporting, change management, business case development, and supporting implementations across the SDLC. The role requires strong organizational, analytical, communication, and ServiceNow skills, along with comfort working onsite and managing multiple priorities.

Leads four teams responsible for Applied Epic support, configuration, reporting, releases, and ancillary products. Oversees platform health, incident resolution, change management, vendor relationships, reporting quality, acquisition onboarding, and cross-functional projects. Establishes priorities, processes, documentation, capacity planning, and cross-training while serving as the escalation point for business-impacting issues. Translates business needs into system and process solutions and drives continuous improvement across application operations.

Leads the enterprise ontology for insurance coverage, exposure, underwriting, claims, and loss data. Defines business concepts, schemas, classifications, mappings, lineage, governance standards, and data quality rules. Integrates internal, carrier, IVANS, catastrophe, geospatial, and other third-party data. Partners with underwriting, claims, analytics, technology, governance, product, and regulatory teams to enable trusted reporting, AI, predictive modeling, and operational workflows while maintaining alignment with ACORD and industry requirements.
