Lead end-to-end AI/ML projects: build, deploy, and maintain LLM/NLP and ML models in production. Translate business needs into technical plans, collaborate cross-functionally, apply MLOps and observability best practices, and improve model performance and reliability.

Lead defined‑scope IT projects from initiation through delivery, managing planning, schedules, risks, change control, stakeholder communication, governance adherence, and cross-functional coordination to meet sponsor expectations.

Builds and maintains APIs, workflows, integrations, and tooling for underwriting and policy administration. Owns features from implementation through testing, deployment support, and production troubleshooting. Works with stakeholders to translate evolving requirements, contributes to integrations and developer tooling, uses AI-assisted engineering tools, and develops domain knowledge in insurance and policy lifecycle.
