About Acrisure

Acrisure Enterprise Technology Group is where human expertise meets advanced technology.

A global fintech leader, Acrisure empowers millions of ambitious businesses and individuals with the right solutions to grow boldly forward. Bringing cutting-edge technology and top-tier human support together, we connect clients with customized solutions across a range of insurance, reinsurance, payroll, benefits, cybersecurity, mortgage services – and more.

In the last twelve years, Acrisure has grown in revenue from $38 million to almost $5 billion and employs over 19,000 colleagues in more than 20 countries. Acrisure was built on entrepreneurial spirit. Prioritizing leadership, accountability, and collaboration, we equip our teams to work at the highest levels possible.

The Role:

You will lead analytics for the Growth and Placement areas of Acrisure’s North American Insurance (NAI) business. This is an applied role: you will turn data and models into decisions that change how we win, place, and retain business. You will build and lead a team that delivers analytics tied to measurable revenue and placement outcomes, and you will scale those capabilities across the business.

How You'll Drive Impact:

Drive applied analytics for growth and placement

  • Own the analytics agenda for growth and placement in North American Insurance (NAI), from sizing opportunities to measuring realized impact.
  • Break down ambiguous business problems into clear questions, then deliver analyses, models, and tools that put insight into the hands of producers, placement teams, and leaders.
  • Apply advanced methods (predictive modeling, segmentation, experimentation, optimization) to improve revenue growth, carrier and market placement, win rates, and retention.
  • Embed analytics in operating workflows so insights drive day-to-day decisions, and track the business impact of each deployment.
  • Translate findings for audiences of every technical level in a way that inspires action. Set up the tools and monitoring that guide execution.
  • Become an expert in Acrisure’s business drivers and the integrated choices that optimize performance.

Scale analytics across the business

  • Partner cross-functionally to align on priorities, gain buy-in on approach, and measure impact.
  • Run the intake and evaluation of gaps and opportunities. Set priorities and manage the roadmap with key stakeholders.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team. Set up operating processes that keep the team agile as it grows.
  • Develop training that helps team members and adjacent stakeholders get the most from data and analytics outputs, and enable effective self-service.
  • Serve as a domain expert to keep our technologies and analytics processes future-proof.

You May Be a Fit If You Are:

  • An applied analytics leader. You have a track record of taking analytics from concept to production and showing measurable business impact, not just producing insights.
  • Analytical with strong business acumen. You decompose real-world problems, build financial models, and think through the business implications of your findings. You are comfortable with data and ambiguity.
  • Proficient in high-growth analytics. You know which insights drive growth and are comfortable using advanced methods to drive revenue.
  • A builder of people and capabilities. You can still contribute directly, but you create impact by helping your team grow.
  • A concise, effective communicator. You distill complex analysis into clear takeaways for audiences at all levels.
  • A strong prioritizer. You balance many competing demands and act like an owner in an unstructured environment.
  • A relationship-builder. You build trust quickly with internal stakeholders and partners, with empathy and a team-first attitude.
  • High-energy. You are productive in a fast-paced environment with limited day-to-day oversight.

Other Requirements:

  • Work experience: 10+ years of work experience in data analytics or adjacent quantitative fields (Analytics, Strategy, Business Operations, Finance, etc.).
  • 3+ years of direct people management experience required.
  • Financial Services experience preferred.
  • Location: Willing and able to work from the office in Austin, Texas; 4 days a week in-person

Nice to Have:

  • Hands-on experience with Palantir (Foundry or similar) to build and deploy operational, decision-oriented analytics.
  • Experience in insurance, brokerage, or financial services, especially in sales, distribution, or placement analytics.

It’s not expected that any single candidate would have expertise across all of these areas. If you are a solid candidate and eager to drive impact by building a best-in-class analytics capability, we are eager to talk to you.
