Lead sales efforts to identify, develop, and close new business with national service providers. Build customer relationships, manage complex deals across Adtrans portfolio (optical transport, carrier Ethernet, broadband, CPE, software), coordinate with solutions engineering and product management, execute sales plans, monitor market/competitive activity, and drive revenue growth while traveling extensively.

The Sales Manager will drive sales growth by acquiring new customers in the cloud and hyperscale sector, focusing on optical networking solutions and building key relationships with technical decision-makers.
