Leads a platform engineering team responsible for foundational services supporting Alteryx products. Manages hiring, coaching, performance, career development, delivery, quality, operational readiness, and team culture. Translates strategy into priorities and execution plans, manages risks and dependencies, provides technical guidance on scalable backend and platform systems, and partners with Product, Architecture, Security, SRE, and senior leadership to deliver reliable capabilities.
