  • Tailor content for each audience: Equip SDRs with prospecting and qualification messaging; Sales with discovery, value positioning, and objection handling; Sales Engineers with product context and messaging that connects technical capabilities to business outcomes; and CX roles with use cases and value narratives that support adoption, renewal, and expansion conversations.
  • Translate product into value: Turn capabilities in AI, automation, analytics, and data workflows into buyer-specific talk tracks, customer stories, discovery guides, and practical playbooks aligned with Value Selling.
  • Strengthen sales skills: Build ongoing enablement for prospecting, discovery, value selling, objection handling, and opportunity progression. Lead workshops, call reviews, and coaching for sales and technical audiences, and equip managers to reinforce skills.
  • Own delivery and improvement: Manage plans, stakeholders, and content accuracy. Use readiness assessments, field feedback, content usage, and relevant business indicators to improve programs and measure impact.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Five or more years in revenue enablement, sales or technical enablement, sales training, or learning program development in a technology environment.
  • Sales and launch enablement: Experience building ongoing sales enablement programs and delivering product launch content tailored to multiple GTM roles.
  • Technical and sales credibility: Comfort working with Sales Engineers and sales teams. Ability to learn complex product concepts, engage technical subject matter experts, and translate capabilities into clear customer value and business outcomes.
  • Coaching and communication: Strong facilitation, sales coaching, and content development skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and experience levels.
  • Execution: Strong organization, cross-functional collaboration, and follow-through; familiarity with enablement platforms, learning management systems, and conversation intelligence tools.
