Own and modernize Apartment List’s B2C lifecycle marketing program across email, push, and SMS. Build segmentation, personalization, partnerships, cross-sell, forecasting, experimentation, and measurement systems. Lead analytics and hands-on journey development, audience logic, troubleshooting, and SQL analysis. Manage and develop a two-person team, oversee the Iterable relationship, and partner with Engineering, Product, Analytics, Design, and senior leadership to drive renter engagement, retention, revenue, and marketplace growth.

Own marketing channel performance tracking, reporting, experimentation, dashboards, forecasting, and LTV analysis. Develop measurement frameworks, identify data issues, and translate complex findings into actionable recommendations for Marketing, Growth, Product, and Finance stakeholders. The role requires strong SQL, BI dashboarding, marketing measurement, experimentation knowledge, and effective analytical communication, with AI tools used to accelerate reporting and analysis.

Own and evolve end-to-end data pipeline architecture across ingestion, transformation, modeling, and serving. Lead platform improvements for cost efficiency, reliability, access control, observability, orchestration, CI/CD, and developer experience. Drive complex cross-team initiatives, resolve production issues, influence architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and build automation incorporating AI into data engineering workflows.
