The role requires expertise in partnership, international, private equity, and high-net-worth individual taxation, along with CPA credentials and substantial public accounting experience.

Provides high-level administrative support to National Tax Office executives, including calendar and meeting coordination, correspondence, documentation, confidential information handling, deadline tracking, risk-related follow-up, platform access management, and billable-hours reporting. The role requires strong organization, discretion, communication, independent judgment, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and tax research platforms.

Lead mergers and acquisitions tax engagements, including due diligence, deal structuring, sell-side support, tax research, and post-transaction services. Advise clients on tax implications, identify risks and opportunities, collaborate with legal and finance stakeholders, review technical deliverables, and mentor junior professionals. Support process improvements while staying current on tax regulations affecting M&A strategies.
