Design and own product features and workflows for a transportation management platform. Partner with product managers and engineers to define requirements, conduct user research and usability testing, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, and contribute to the design system. Present design rationale, participate in critiques, and iterate based on feedback from expert operational users.

Supports public relations and communications through media outreach, pitch and announcement writing, PR calendars, coverage tracking, story gathering, spokesperson preparation, and event communications. Maintains media relationships, coordinates company announcements, prepares executive and event materials, and reports on media and communications activity. Requires strong writing, organization, collaboration, and multitasking skills.

Supports employee benefits administration, leave programs, enrollments, invoices, funding, reporting, audits, Workday processes, and employee inquiries. Maintains benefits data, portals, SOPs, and secure PHI/PII records while researching compliance requirements including ERISA, COBRA, ACA, and HIPAA. Provides benefits education during onboarding, coordinates wellness and gym programs, assists with international benefits, and partners with HR teams to deliver consistent employee experiences.
