Build and maintain SOPs, automate processes, create reporting and ad-hoc analyses, support systems integrations, mentor junior staff, and deliver analytics to leadership.

Lead and grow Arrive's Open Deck line of business by developing pricing and sales strategies, pursuing new business and upsells, managing day-to-day operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and tracking KPIs to drive efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Work Thurs–Sun securing carrier capacity by making high-volume outbound and inbound calls, negotiating shipment moves, tracking freight, solving transit issues, and updating internal customer sales teams.
