Leads the development of Arrive Logistics’ management development strategy, focusing initially on Sales Managers. The role studies top-performing leaders, builds scalable training and coaching programs, partners with sales and Employee Success teams, measures impact on performance and retention, and expands the coaching model across the organization.

Manages accounts receivable and delivery-to-cash processes for assigned customers. Responsibilities include customer onboarding, invoicing, documentation, EDI accuracy, accessorial billing, payment discrepancy resolution, collections support, account health monitoring, reporting, and SOP development. The role partners with sales, operations, cash application, and customers to resolve billing issues, improve processes, and ensure timely and accurate payments.

Processes cargo claims from filing through resolution under Claims Lead guidance. Reviews documentation, researches evidence, processes customer payments and carrier deductions, communicates with carriers, insurers, and customers, and collaborates with sales, customer service, carrier representatives, and accounting. Develops knowledge of transportation regulations, insurance policies, claims requirements, financial transactions, risk analysis, and business operations.
