Leads the enterprise Technical Training and Qualifications Center of Excellence across Power, Sand, and Logistics. Establishes competency frameworks, skills matrices, qualification pathways, certification standards, and scalable technical training programs. Partners with operations, safety, engineering, HR, and subject matter experts to translate SOPs into measurable training. Oversees program managers, learning technology initiatives, workforce capability planning, cross-training, knowledge transfer, and metrics such as qualification coverage, skills gaps, and time to qualification.

Provides senior technical authority for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems supporting engine-based power generation and microgrid projects. Leads mechanical engineering teams, defines plant architectures and standards, approves P&IDs and construction packages, oversees vendor and contractor interfaces, and supports construction, commissioning, troubleshooting, and failure investigations. Requires extensive power-generation experience, Professional Engineer licensure, code expertise, and regular travel to project sites.

Coordinates truck loading operations remotely, communicates with drivers and logistics partners, enters shipment data, maintains documentation, performs inspections, follows safety procedures, troubleshoots operational issues, and escalates concerns. The role requires accurate computer use, customer service, clear communication, organization, basic math, and adherence to established procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Designs, implements, and supports hybrid IT/OT infrastructure across plants, logistics sites, and corporate environments. Oversees HSE across facilities, construction, commissioning, startup, maintenance, and turnover; advises executives; manages audits, investigations, corrective actions, performance metrics, and SIF prevention. Develops HSE personnel and contractor performance while partnering with engineering, operations, construction, and project teams. Travel is approximately 50%.

Own and execute the IT SOX compliance program, including scoping, walkthroughs, ITGC and application-control testing, risk assessment, documentation, reporting, deficiency identification, and remediation tracking. Partner with IT, Accounting, Internal Audit, control owners, and external auditors. Maintain control matrices and workpapers, support system and process change assessments, provide SOX training, and improve program efficiency and maturity.

Lead and execute operational, financial, IT and SOX audits end-to-end. Plan and scope engagements, perform walkthroughs and testing, report findings, manage remediation, support external auditors, and contribute to risk assessment and audit planning while engaging cross-functional stakeholders.

Manage transportation, storage, and distribution of sand across a multi-origin, multi-destination network. Optimize routes, track inventory and shipments, maintain carrier and 3PL relationships, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, document logistics activities, analyze data for process improvements, troubleshoot logistics/equipment issues, and collaborate with internal and external partners. Support prioritization and escalation as needed.
