Teams at Austin Ridge Bible Church

Lead and grow a college ministry serving students ages 18–23 through discipleship, evangelism, teaching, volunteer leadership, small groups, events, retreats, campus outreach, budgeting, and strategic ministry planning. The role develops leaders, creates ministry environments, coordinates student programming, and supports transitions into young adult ministry and broader church life.

The Ministry Assistant will support church operations through communication, event planning, calendar management, and database administration while serving the church body.
