In the Member Experience team, you will provide exceptional customer support, resolve issues, gather feedback, and enhance member experience through effective communication and collaboration with various teams.

Develops Base’s strategy for entering domestic and international distributed energy storage markets. The role evaluates market opportunities, builds business cases, manages cross-functional market launches, coordinates utilities, regulators, vendors, and internal teams, and tracks performance metrics such as enrollment, installed capacity, and operational KPIs.

Create and manage Base’s organic social presence across major platforms. Responsibilities include developing content strategy and calendars, scripting, filming, editing, writing, publishing, community engagement, trend response, cross-functional collaboration, and performance analysis. The role requires turning energy, grid, product, customer, and employee stories into engaging platform-native content while managing fast-moving workflows and recurring content series.
