In the Member Experience team, you will provide exceptional customer support, resolve issues, gather feedback, and enhance member experience through effective communication and collaboration with various teams.

Own rollout of new battery hardware from pilot to fleet: log and track defects, support field crews, validate fixes with engineering, maintain build records and playbooks, and report readiness to leadership.

Own and operate Base's corporate FP&A: build and maintain an integrated 3-statement model, run consolidation and AOP cycles, forecast G&A and cash, produce investor materials, instrument forecast accuracy, and build AI-enabled tooling and controls to compress planning cadence.
