The Marketing Operations Manager will enhance marketing performance and lead management through optimizing systems, improving data quality, and executing multi-channel campaigns. They will collaborate with teams, ensure accurate reporting, and drive operational excellence in the marketing organization.

Lead multiple concurrent enterprise SaaS implementation projects from kickoff through stabilization. Manage project plans, schedules, risks, deliverables, and stakeholder communications. Serve as primary customer contact, run governance and reporting, drive adoption, and capture continuous improvement.

Manage assigned Planning as a Service (PaaS) accounts to reduce inventory and improve service levels. Analyze customer data, recommend improvements, lead meetings and executive business reviews, drive adoption of planning solutions, train customers, and collaborate cross-functionally to develop and refine best practices using Baxter Planning tools.
