Collects and analyzes group insurance information to determine Medicaid HIPP program eligibility. Reviews paystubs and plan documents, calculates premiums, contacts employers, clients and carriers to verify coverage, researches missing information, and maintains professional communication and conduct while prioritizing tasks under time constraints.

Process and maintain provider enrollment applications for Medicaid and other healthcare programs. Communicate with providers and ancillary staff to resolve inquiries, complete mandatory training, and comply with background and drug screening requirements. Work on-site in Austin during assigned shifts within 7am–7pm.

Provide coverage for Provider Enrollment scheduling; answer and route phone inquiries; assist providers with walkthroughs and outreach; balance assignments; respond to escalations; maintain HIPAA confidentiality; work overtime as needed; pass background and drug screen.
