Operational owner for enterprise event and MarTech platforms: administer configurations, manage event assets and templates, validate integrations and data flows, troubleshoot registration and syncing issues, run PAT/UAT testing, maintain runbooks, and collaborate with Marketing, Data, Engineering, and Web teams to ensure scalable, reliable event and campaign operations.

Proactively source and engage passive technical talent across the Adobe Experience Cloud and AI ecosystems. Build pipelines, conduct candidate qualification, maintain ATS records, deliver recruiter-ready shortlists, and provide market intelligence to support consulting hires and hiring strategy.
