Teams at Boulevard

Owns Boulevard’s customer-facing Support Center and internal knowledge ecosystem, including content strategy, taxonomy, governance, documentation, course content, and lifecycle management. Optimizes AI support agents through knowledge structuring, prompt refinement, MCP and connector configuration, and performance analysis. Uses support trends and ticket data to identify knowledge gaps, improve self-service, establish KPIs, and drive scalable processes across Education, Support, Product, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering.

Build and operate product and technical initiatives across Boulevard’s event-driven platform, including scheduling, booking, marketing automation, and business tools. Partner with Product and Design, contribute to architecture, develop frontend or backend systems, maintain software quality through testing and observability, support production systems, mentor engineers, and improve delivery practices using AI-assisted development tools.

Lead a team of 3–5 frontend engineers and drive Boulevard’s modular frontend modernization. Own React architecture using Module Federation and Micro Frontends, guide Angular-to-React migration, support CapacitorJS-based hybrid mobile experiences, and establish standards for performance, quality, security, and developer experience. Partner with product, design, architecture, backend, and mobile teams on platform roadmaps, mentor engineers, resolve complex incidents, support hiring, and communicate technical strategy to executives.
