Provides technical leadership, customer guidance, solution validation, documentation, automation, cloud operating model standards, and mentorship. Develops VCF Operations dashboards, alerts, costing models, and capacity-management capabilities while supporting implementation, risk management, customer acceptance, and enterprise consulting delivery.

Manages low- to medium-complexity technology projects from initiation through closure. Responsibilities include controlling scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, quality, resources, contractual deliverables, procurement, and stakeholder communications. The role supports government contracts and acquisition requirements, maintains project documentation, leads meetings, manages change control, ensures compliance, and delivers projects within approved parameters.

Leads and develops a team of Sales Specialists, drives revenue and profitability, executes sales strategies, manages territories, and builds customer and partner relationships. The role oversees performance management, coaching, recruiting, employee engagement, business planning, sales analytics, and operational execution while collaborating with field sales teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives.
