Cerebri AI started operations in 2016 in Austin, and soon thereafter opened an office in Toronto. We utilize our Cerebri AIQ industry-leading data engineering and AI modeling platform to deliver SaaS-based analytics that customers use to manage their corporate travel programs more effectively. Travel is one of the largest discretionary spending categories in business; as an example, one of our customers spends over $100 million on travel annually and has travelers in more than 80 countries. Cerebri AI is shifting on the fly from being a technology-focused company with 28 patents granted to date to a revenue-focused company with a bulging sales pipeline. We have pioneered the use of advanced AI in the complex data engineering and AI modeling work of making corporate travel data useful. Our primary commercial focus is on selling to Fortune 1000 companies, often global brands with extensive installations worldwide.
