Lead and manage Chainguard's US commercial legal team while remaining a hands-on negotiator. Own commercial contracting, enterprise deal negotiation, playbooks, and cross-functional alignment. Ensure compliance with open source licensing and US privacy/data security frameworks, support sales velocity, and lead quarter-end closing cycles.

Serve as primary legal partner to Go-To-Market: draft, review, and negotiate SaaS, enterprise, professional services, partner, and NDAs; maintain standard form agreements and online terms; advise on open source licensing and regulatory requirements; negotiate with sophisticated, highly regulated customers; partner cross-functionally to enable revenue while managing legal risk.

Build and scale the Libraries product UI, designing high-performance web applications that handle millions of packages. Partner with backend, product, and design to deliver end-to-end features, iterate from 0→1, integrate AI-driven workflows, and improve developer experience, performance, and usability.
