Lead infrastructure engineering for Commerce’s development environment and cloud-hosted VMs. Maintain containerized services, automate manual processes, manage configuration and systems, monitor tooling health, document architecture, educate engineers, contribute to roadmap planning, and collaborate with distributed teams. The role also includes project leadership, requirements gathering, code quality ownership, and participation in an on-call rotation.

Leads infrastructure and platform engineering teams responsible for globally scalable, highly available systems. Owns infrastructure roadmaps, cloud-native and Kubernetes adoption, infrastructure-as-code, developer productivity, reliability, security, and observability initiatives. Manages hiring, coaching, performance, and career development while partnering with engineering, product, security, architecture, and other stakeholders. The role combines people leadership with occasional technical design, architecture review, and hands-on implementation.

Leads the company-wide cybersecurity, compliance, governance, risk, and incident response programs across SaaS products, corporate systems, and cloud environments. Oversees security architecture, identity and access management, third-party risk, vulnerability management, audits, certifications, and customer assurance. Builds and manages global security teams, translates threats and regulatory requirements into business plans, and briefs executives and the board on security posture, incidents, risks, and investments.
