Design, build, and evaluate conversational AI agents using Go and Python. Own agent orchestration, sub-agent architecture, prompt engineering, tool integrations, guardrails, approval flows, observability, and evaluation infrastructure. Develop datasets, scorers, regression suites, and quality metrics for production readiness. Collaborate cross-functionally on conversational experiences, make architecture decisions, rapidly prototype agents, harden them for launch, and mentor engineers.

Leads Feedonomics’ overall marketing strategy, including demand generation, product marketing, brand, customer advocacy, retention, pipeline, and revenue ownership. Oversees marketing P&L, budget allocation, go-to-market strategy, executive communication, and cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product, Finance, and Customer Success. Builds and scales a senior marketing organization, develops leaders, strengthens brand positioning, drives customer advocacy, and improves retention and expansion revenue.

Owns organic social media strategy, content calendars, publishing, and performance reporting across Commerce, BigCommerce, Feedonomics, and Makeswift. Creates written, visual, and short-form video content for multiple platforms, supports executive social accounts, manages employee advocacy, covers live events, monitors emerging channels, and maintains brand safety. Partners with marketing, creative, PR, and communications teams while using analytics to optimize engagement and business impact.
