Manage and administer global sales commission programs, ensuring accurate commission calculations, reporting, accruals, and payouts. Maintain compensation systems and data, analyze results, support forecasting, accounting, audits, and month-end close. Partner with Sales, Finance, HR, and Operations to resolve issues, provide guidance, and drive process automation and improvements.

Early-career role building AI-powered agents and automated marketing workflows, running enablement (office hours, training, coaching), triaging AI use requests, documenting reusable prompts and workflows, and supporting onboarding of new AI tools. Work closely with senior AI marketing leaders to scale adoption and governance across marketing teams.

Create clear technical narratives and content (solution briefs, whitepapers, blogs, presentations) that explain multi-platform solutions across cloud, AI, and cybersecurity. Own partner solution stories, align messaging across product, alliances, and field teams, enable sales and partners, support events and briefings, and translate architecture-level concepts into business value for technical and executive audiences.
