Manage the full billing cycle for multiple projects, including reviewing contracts, preparing invoice packages, submitting client invoices, resolving discrepancies, monitoring accounts receivable and work in progress, pursuing collections, coordinating billable expenses, and fulfilling government compliance reporting requirements.

Designs and analyzes roadway and multimodal transportation projects under senior engineering guidance. Prepares plans, calculations, technical reports, cost estimates, and quantity takeoffs; applies engineering standards and codes; coordinates with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and agencies; supports quality assurance reviews; and responds to design comments and field questions. The role requires transportation engineering experience with TxDOT projects and includes hybrid office and field work.

Designs and analyzes transportation drainage infrastructure, including storm sewer systems, culverts, open channels, detention facilities, and roadway drainage networks. Performs hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, prepares calculations, plans, estimates, quantity takeoffs, and technical reports, and supports flood-risk evaluation, regulatory compliance, agency reviews, quality assurance, and construction inquiries. Coordinates with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders on transportation projects while ensuring designs meet applicable standards and agency requirements.

Leads roadway, multimodal, and intersection design activities for transportation projects. Prepares design plans, specifications, calculations, and cost estimates; ensures compliance with standards and client requirements; coordinates multidisciplinary design work; mentors junior designers; and supports quality control, scheduling, and project deliverables.
