Cyfeon's technology ingests any form of data and uses value added tools in it's reference architecture, such as Lavastorm’s analytic engine and No-SQL tools (MongoDB, Hadoop). It rapidly and efficiently responds to data interrogation by allowing business users to interact with data and effect change.

Primary focus has been selling Cyfeon's enterprise technology to Financial Services, Media and Telecommunications. Goal is to drive data automation and achieve far less reliance on antiquated and wasteful analytic methods and clunky visualization products.

Products include Customer Complaint Mgmt (Reg 4530), Control Room (Rule 2711), Employee surveillance such as Outside Business Activity and Outside Trade Monitoring and Reporting. We also deliver custom compliance solutions built using our enterprise grade analytics engine and platform.
