Leads application support engineering across multiple locations, directing incident analysis, alert trend reviews, disaster recovery, runbook governance, certificate and service account renewals, and complex application, middleware, database, cloud, and infrastructure troubleshooting. Manages critical escalations, operational readiness approvals, support requirements, team assignments, deliverables, mentoring, and risk controls while partnering with development, infrastructure, and client-facing teams.

Provides systems-level testing for IBM mainframe infrastructure and services. Plans and executes risk-based validation for z/OS, middleware, batch, scheduling, security, storage, networking, resiliency, upgrades, performance, and disaster recovery. Analyzes failures and dependencies, manages defects and evidence, validates non-production environments, automates repeatable testing, and coordinates with engineering, operations, application, cybersecurity, and change-management teams. The role also mentors engineers and documents specialized mainframe knowledge.

Operationalize data governance policies and standards across technology and business domains. Maintain metadata repositories and data catalogs, manage data quality exceptions, coordinate remediation, monitor governance metrics, and build Power BI dashboards. Partner with data stewards, owners, project managers, Scrum Masters, and agile delivery teams to embed governance requirements, manage risk, improve data quality, and increase adoption. Provide guidance, documentation, education, and reporting in a regulated enterprise environment.

Designs, deploys, operates, and maintains endpoint security solutions across workstations, servers, VDI, and mobile devices. Responsibilities include managing CrowdStrike Falcon, Symantec DLP, Skyhigh, and Zscaler technologies; monitoring telemetry and sensor health; troubleshooting endpoint issues; executing upgrades and migrations; supporting SIEM/SOAR integrations, malware coverage, automation, documentation, and security roadmap initiatives.

The Principal Systems Engineer will manage Kafka clusters, ensuring performance and security while collaborating with development teams on integrations. Responsibilities include monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining documentation for Kafka solutions, as well as developing disaster recovery plans.

Directs global major incident management and leads a 24x7 support team responsible for minimizing technology service disruptions. Oversees incident triage, crisis communications, postmortems, root cause analysis, regulatory response, metrics, and continuous improvement. Partners with technology, business, audit, risk, clients, and regulators to improve service stability, meet SLAs, and strengthen incident management processes, controls, tools, and proactive prevention capabilities.

Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise PKI systems. Support certificate lifecycle management (CLM), configure CAs and templates, manage HSMs and RAs, automate processes with Ansible, Terraform, and PowerShell, enforce key-management policies, and troubleshoot certificate/TLS issues to maintain secure operations.

Provide technical support and maintenance for production applications: investigate incidents, run disaster recovery scripts, update runbooks, monitor dashboards and automation, execute service account renewals, collaborate with development and infrastructure teams, and support audits and risk controls to prevent recurrence.

Support IAM governance by developing and maintaining reporting, KPIs, dashboards, and documentation; run access certification campaigns; validate metrics with stakeholders; track remediation and control effectiveness; prepare materials for senior leadership and improve governance frameworks to strengthen compliance and reduce risk.

Lead enterprise ServiceNow product strategy and roadmap across ITSM/ITOM/ITAM domains. Define service architecture, CMDB/CSDM governance, and catalog design. Own backlog, prioritization, stakeholder engagement, and KPIs to drive adoption, data quality, platform sustainability, and value realization. Guide engineering teams on configurations, integrations, and platform best practices.

Lead Platform FinOps and own the Cloudaware product to manage cloud costs across AWS and Azure. Drive cost visibility, allocation, optimization, forecasting, governance, and audit evidence; prioritize roadmap and backlog; execute optimization initiatives; produce executive-ready cost narratives and dashboards; troubleshoot product and data issues while coordinating across finance, engineering, governance, and audit stakeholders.

Lead the design, management, and optimization of virtualized infrastructure platforms, ensuring performance and scalability while modernizing legacy systems and driving continuous improvement through automation.
