Provide remote customer service for travel clients by responding to inquiries, researching and booking travel options, managing itineraries and records, following up for satisfaction, and collaborating with colleagues.

Provide remote cruise booking and support: plan itineraries, coordinate accommodations/excursions/transportation, process payments, answer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain supplier relationships to ensure client satisfaction.

Provide remote customer support for travel bookings via email, phone, and chat. Confirm reservations, troubleshoot and escalate issues, maintain knowledge of supplier systems and policies, log communications in internal systems, and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.

Coordinate and confirm client travel reservations (flights, hotels, cruises, packages); verify booking details and payments; communicate itinerary updates; maintain client records; provide pre-departure and post-travel support; collaborate with team. Entry-level, fully remote with training provided.

Provide virtual planning and coordination for destination weddings, honeymoons, and group travel. Research venues and logistics, communicate with suppliers, manage bookings using CRM and portals, and deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, or Zoom.
