Lead Front of House shifts by supporting service (orders, drinks, running food), managing shift flow and FOH/BOH communication, coaching team during peaks, opening/closing per procedures, handling minor guest recovery, and modeling cleanliness and hospitality.

The Senior Lead oversees daily restaurant operations, coaches staff, maintains hospitality standards, and ensures food quality while supporting the General Manager in development and team training.
