Lead the strategy, roadmap, development, and adoption of Dynata’s enterprise data platform and lakehouse ecosystem. Prioritize platform-enabled use cases, align investments with business value, oversee implementation with engineering and data teams, establish governance and success metrics, and drive stakeholder adoption. Initially hands-on, the role will later build and scale a product management organization while partnering with executives, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Senior engineering leader responsible for architecture, delivery, operations, reliability, and scalability of the enterprise Data Lakehouse. Leads cross-functional teams, defines platform SLAs, cost and quality targets, drives platform adoption and best practices, manages vendor/cloud relationships, ensures regulatory and data security compliance, and enables self-service analytics and AI/ML platform enablement.

Lead and coordinate the Agile Release Train to ensure synchronized quarterly delivery. Facilitate PI Planning and all cross-team ceremonies, manage dependencies, drive program-level continuous improvement, report ART health and metrics, coach ART roles on SAFe, and ensure documentation, compliance, and predictable delivery of business value each Program Increment.
