The Account Executive will convert inbound leads into loan deals, maintain borrower relationships, and manage loan origination processes, using CRM software to track progress and communicate effectively.

Perform due diligence and underwriting for DSCR mortgage loans, manage a pipeline of 25–30 deals, communicate with investors and brokers, prepare asset summary reports, coordinate vendors, and support loan closings while building client relationships and attending industry events.

The Senior Account Executive will manage relationships, convert leads into deals, maintain CRM records, and represent Easy Street Capital's loan programs professionally.
