Drive architecture and technical vision for Elasticsearch core storage and query engine. Design, build, and improve Elasticsearch distributed-systems components for scalable, concurrent, and consistent indexing. Use tools like Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, and ZoomInfo to forecast and execute territory strategy.

Lead U.S. Public Sector marketing and shape global public sector strategy. Drive demand generation, ABM, field events, partner and executive programs, content, PR, and measurement to accelerate pipeline. Build and scale a global public sector marketing organization and report to VP of Global Growth and Experiential Marketing.

Lead global Cloud Billing Operations across Direct Cloud and cloud marketplaces (AWS, GCP, Azure). Oversee dispute resolution, delinquency management, refunds, quarter-end forecasting, and billing automation. Partner with Revenue, Legal, Sales, and Engineering to scale processes, enable marketplace operations, and build a distributed global team with strong accounting controls.

Lead vision, strategy, and roadmap for Identity Threat Detection & Response within Elastic Security. Define detection, investigation, and automated response for human and non-human identities, partner with threat research, data science, and engineering, and evangelize product to customers and the security community.

Lead and grow a global engineering team building endpoint visibility, prevention, and on-device ML across Windows, macOS, and Linux. Own roadmap and delivery, direct model development and telemetry, drive cross-platform protection parity, coordinate with product and partner teams, and represent the team externally through research and conferences.

Lead vision, strategy, and execution for an Agent Builder product that enables context for AI agents. Work with customers, sales, engineering, data science, and cloud partners to define roadmap, benchmark agent capabilities, design UX, and evangelize solutions to developers and enterprise customers.

Lead product strategy and execution for logs within Elastic Observability. Evolve logs analytics and end-to-end log collection/ingest/management, integrate GenAI/agentic workflows, enable automated SLO/SLI tracking, intelligent alerting, and correlation of logs, metrics, and traces. Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Sales, and Marketing, drive go-to-market and feature adoption, and use user feedback and engagement metrics to prioritize product evolution.

Lead and mentor an in-house multidisciplinary creative team to raise brand quality and consistency. Set strategic creative direction across campaigns, launches, events, digital, social, and executive communications. Translate complex technical concepts into engaging creative for technical and enterprise audiences. Build scalable creative systems and processes, partner with marketing, product, executives, and agencies, and champion experimentation and AI-powered workflows.

Lead and contribute to Elasticsearch core search and indexing capabilities. Define technical vision for indexing, retrieval, and relevance; research data structures and retrieval algorithms; drive roadmap for large-scale search systems; collaborate with product and cross-functional teams; mentor engineers and implement robust, high-performance search infrastructure.

Lead video strategy, manage a small internal team and external vendors, and oversee end-to-end production of product explainers, customer stories, executive thought leadership, and social content. Serve as producer and hands-on editor when needed, build repeatable workflows, ensure brand and technical accuracy, and explore AI-powered formats.

Drive joint Elastic+Partner value propositions by building ROI/TCO business cases, creating repeatable frameworks and tools, enabling partners through workshops, and delivering executive-level presentations to accelerate partner-led revenue and adoption.
