Hunt and build net-new business across a defined territory of ~100–150 whitespace accounts. Create and execute strategic prospecting plans, qualify opportunities, negotiate contracts, forecast territory performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to position Elastic products (Search, Observability, Security) and close deals.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will identify and nurture new business opportunities, collaborate with teams, and communicate with users to understand their needs.

Leads competitive intelligence for Elastic Search by analyzing competitors, products, pricing, packaging, marketing, and market trends. Creates battlecards, training, comparisons, blogs, and web content that communicate product differentiation. Tracks competitive developments, supports win/loss analysis, and partners with product marketing, product management, sales, engineering, and leadership to shape positioning and go-to-market strategies. Participates in industry events and translates technical insights into compelling business value.
