Hunt and build net-new business across a defined territory of ~100–150 whitespace accounts. Create and execute strategic prospecting plans, qualify opportunities, negotiate contracts, forecast territory performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to position Elastic products (Search, Observability, Security) and close deals.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will identify and nurture new business opportunities, collaborate with teams, and communicate with users to understand their needs.

Lead product strategy and execution for logs within Elastic Observability. Evolve logs analytics and end-to-end log collection/ingest/management, integrate GenAI/agentic workflows, enable automated SLO/SLI tracking, intelligent alerting, and correlation of logs, metrics, and traces. Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Sales, and Marketing, drive go-to-market and feature adoption, and use user feedback and engagement metrics to prioritize product evolution.
