Configure, test, implement, optimize, and support Epic Cadence and Prelude workflows for scheduling, registration, referrals, prior authorization, and financial assistance. The analyst gathers requirements, builds workqueues and scheduling rules, troubleshoots production issues, supports upgrades and implementations, documents workflows, and collaborates with patient access, revenue cycle, financial counseling, clinical, and technical stakeholders.

This remote, three-month contract requires onsite travel approximately two to three times.

Lead delivery and client engagement for Clinical Solutions, managing clinical consultants and ensuring high-quality EHR-focused implementations across inpatient, ambulatory, and perioperative settings. Drive team performance, QA standards, resource allocation, client trust, billable advisory work, and contribute to growth through proposals and account expansion.

Lead and coordinate testing activities for healthcare technology projects. Develop test strategies, plans, scripts; manage functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, and UAT. Oversee defect lifecycle, ensure environment readiness, provide QA subject-matter expertise, metrics, and process improvements while liaising with business, technical, vendor, and stakeholder teams.
