About Us

Ellit Groups is a Private Equity-backed, woman, minority-led healthcare IT consulting firm focused on Provider and Payer organizations. We partner with healthcare leaders who value operational excellence, real-world experience, and diverse perspectives to drive better outcomes.

Our firm is built by former healthcare operators who understand the realities of running complex healthcare systems. This combination of operator credibility and investment-backed growth enables us to deliver high-impact, scalable solutions.

We differentiate ourselves by bringing practical experience, executive-level insight, and a relentless focus on quality and outcomes. Our success is directly tied to our clients’ success.

About the Role

We're seeking a Prosci-certified Change Management Specialist to support a significant Epic Revenue Cycle transformation for a leading children's hospital. This engagement spans two waves of work focused on modernizing revenue cycle operations — including patient estimates, benefits/eligibility, front-end workqueues, financial assistance, digital payments, follow-up/denials, and prior authorization — leveraging new Epic AI capabilities (Emmie for patient financial engagement, Penny for denials/appeals/AR automation).

While there may be some clinical impact, the primary stakeholder groups are front desk staff, patient access teams, and billers.

What You'll Do

  • Apply a Prosci/ADKAR-based change framework across Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, and Reinforcement
  • Develop and execute communication plans, training materials, job aids, and SOPs for front-end and back-end revenue cycle users
  • Partner with Epic analysts, project managers, and operational leaders to drive workflow adoption
  • Lead stakeholder and impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and adoption tracking
  • Support end-user readiness through town halls, focus groups, surveys, and Q&A forums
  • Provide coaching, reinforcement, and impact reporting through go-live and post-live stabilization

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Prosci certification required (ADKAR methodology)
  • Proven change management experience within healthcare IT/Epic environments
  • Experience supporting Revenue Cycle initiatives — patient access, scheduling, financial clearance, prior authorization, billing, or claims — strongly preferred
  • Comfortable driving adoption with operational/frontline staff (not just executive or physician stakeholders)
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and training/readiness skills
  • Ability to travel ~25% for on-site Epic activities

Benefits

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Opportunity to work in a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Professional development opportunities to advance your career.
  • Flexible work arrangements to promote work-life balance.
