Lead CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) delivery and advisory engagements, oversee project teams and go‑lives, manage a North American CLM BA team, develop scalable delivery methodology, support sales and RFP responses, coordinate with CLM vendor/channel partners, and produce thought leadership and client success materials to grow the Contracts Solutions practice.

Client-facing role redesigning legal workflows using AI agents and LLMs. Diagnose legal process inefficiencies, prototype LLM-based solutions, define requirements, ensure security and governance, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive adoption and measurable value for law firm clients.

The Account Director manages client relationships, sells litigation support services, identifies new business opportunities, and collaborates with internal teams to ensure satisfaction and meet sales goals.
