Teams at Foundation Communities

Manages a caseload of families enrolled in a supportive housing program, providing trauma-responsive case management, referrals, crisis intervention, goal setting, advocacy, financial literacy support, and housing stability assistance. Coordinates with property management, resident services teams, and community providers; maintains participant documentation and supports educational programs, resident events, and outreach. The role requires bilingual English-Spanish communication, multidisciplinary collaboration, flexible scheduling, and occasional work-related travel.

Leads educational after-school and summer activities for students in grades 6–12, including homework assistance, STEM, reading, fitness, nutrition, and enrichment. Prepares learning environments, maintains documentation and classroom organization, supervises student safety, and promotes an inclusive environment. The role requires weekday availability, reliable transportation between program sites, basic computer skills, and occasional support for food pantries.

Manage recruiting activities from requisition intake through candidate selection and offers. Source candidates, coordinate interviews, communicate with applicants and hiring managers, maintain recruiting records in ADP Workforce Now and ATS/HRIS systems, coordinate pre-employment requirements, support onboarding, prepare reports, ensure compliance, and improve recruiting processes. The role is fully in-office with occasional travel to organizational locations and recruiting events.
