Own model training and serving, CI/CD, reproducibility, evaluation, observability, data pipelines, retrieval systems, and secure IL5/IL6 deployments. Support accreditation and classified environments while improving reliability, quality, and performance of LLM and ML systems.

Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and operational roles, including sourcing, pipeline development, candidate experience, hiring manager partnership, offer negotiation, and closing. Own and scale Gallatin’s endpoint, identity, SaaS, security, compliance, and office IT systems. Manage macOS, Windows, and mobile environments using Jamf Pro, Intune, Google Workspace, Okta, and Microsoft 365 GCC High. Automate provisioning, access lifecycle workflows, patching, compliance, and audit evidence. Troubleshoot complex systems issues, support employees, document processes, and establish secure controls aligned with CMMC and NIST 800-171. The role requires broad ownership and independent delivery in a small, fast-moving team.

Lead mission-aligned growth in defense, federal, and commercial logistics by identifying opportunities, developing account and capture plans, conducting customer discovery, shaping solicitations, supporting proposals, and translating operational needs into product and partner requirements. Operate and harden production logistics decision systems for classified and cloud environments. Own availability, monitoring, incident response, CI/CD and IaC automation, and compliance (RMF/STIG/ATO). Partner with engineers and government stakeholders, document runbooks, and support deployments in air-gapped and multi-cloud environments while traveling frequently to customer sites.
