Create and maintain user-focused technical documentation for power conversion and storage products. Translate engineering data (EPLAN schematics, SLDs, 3D models) into manuals and specifications, update factory-level documents, follow GE Vernova standards/templates, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet project deadlines and improve processes.

Lead commercial activities and account strategies for power transmission products across assigned accounts. Develop account plans, collaborate with product teams and manufacturers' reps, maintain sales forecasts in Salesforce, manage cash/receivables, provide market feedback, perform account reviews, build strategic customer relationships, and travel regularly (approximately 25%).

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex power-generation service projects across Europe (conversions, upgrades, rehabilitations, relocations). Act as primary customer contact, coordinate engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics and site teams, manage schedule, cost, margin, risk, change control and claims, ensure safety and contractual compliance, support tendering, and drive continuous improvement and lessons learned.

Lead deployment of the Next Gen supply chain strategy across GE Vernova: develop financial models, capacity planning, Voice of Customer, site strategic assessments, and standard work; manage cross-functional projects, workshops, and stakeholder engagement to drive network optimization, resiliency, and sustainability.
