Define and flow down requirements, drive verification/validation and risk/CTQ trade studies, manage interfaces with partners and subcontractors, and supervise staffing and performance development. Serve as technical resource and lead small, low-risk projects to ensure design-to-production delivery.

Lead engineering and execution for marine/naval power conversion projects: define specifications, perform power system studies, manage BOMs/drawings/tests, coordinate suppliers, manufacturing, and customers to deliver systems on schedule and budget.
