Leads talent acquisition strategy for highly specialized AI, machine learning, robotics, automation, software, and advanced research roles. Sources and engages passive technical and PhD-level candidates, maps talent markets, builds pipelines, negotiates complex offers, advises senior leaders, and mentors recruiters. The role also promotes inclusive candidate experiences, employer branding, Lean process improvement, and accurate recruiting data management.

Manage North American OEM and system integrator channel sales by developing accounts, creating strategic account plans, closing orders, and meeting quarterly and annual targets. Build customer relationships, coordinate proposals, address commercial and technical requirements, maintain SFDC opportunity records, and align internal regional and global teams to support pipeline fulfillment. The role requires 30%–50% travel and focuses on medium-voltage motor and drive solutions.
