Manage multiple client implementation projects from sales handoff through launch. Act as a consultant, application configuration expert, and project manager while coordinating internal and external teams. Build project schedules, communication plans, test plans, and RAID logs; mitigate risks; communicate ROI to executives; train client administrators and operators; and optimize delivery processes. The role requires SaaS implementation experience, technical consultancy skills, application configuration knowledge, and familiarity with APIs, HTML, and network security.

Collaborate with financial services clients to assess business and technical needs, design comprehensive solutions, translate requirements into technical visions, create technical documentation and statements of work, and lead solution validation, delivery, and deployment. Mentor remote teams, promote architectural best practices, communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and apply AI tools to automate workflows and improve processes.

Drive new revenue across enterprise banking accounts, nurture BDR-generated leads, develop digital transformation and customer experience expertise, present ROI analyses, navigate complex multi-stakeholder sales processes, and negotiate large SaaS contracts. The role requires frequent travel throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin and collaboration with sales leadership in a fast-growing startup environment.
