The Director of Ecommerce will develop digital merchandising strategies, optimize conversion rates, lead cross-functional teams, and drive revenue through data and customer experience enhancements.

Build and deploy AI/LLM-powered automations and API integrations to streamline back-office processes. Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design workflows with orchestration tools, write tested production code, measure automation impact, and stay current on AI tooling.

Lead and own seasonal creative production for major campaign shoots: translate GTM into production strategy, timelines, shot lists, budgets, and staffing. Coordinate Brand, Product, Buyers, and Content teams; optimize pre-production using AI and tooling; manage on-set execution and freelance producers; refine workflows and drive efficiencies to maximize campaign revenue while staying within budget.
