Lead North America supply chain operations for high-precision semiconductor components, owning Clear-to-Build execution, supplier performance, risk mitigation, cost reduction, and ERP data integrity. Build and manage a regional team, interface with customers and cross-functional partners, drive supplier remediation and dual-source strategies, and enable production ramps and resiliency through reporting, audits, and Oracle/ERP improvements.

Support AES/EEI filings, broker/carrier inquiries, tariff and duty processes, and partner cross-functional teams to resolve trade compliance issues, maintain manuals/SOPs, and implement regulatory changes.

Manage import/export compliance: classify HTSUS/ECCN, conduct AES/EEI filings and audits, support license reviews, denied-party screening, tariff analysis, broker/carrier resolution, maintain documentation, implement process improvements, and partner with cross-functional teams to mitigate trade risks.

Lead supply-chain compliance programs covering ESG reporting, product and conflict-minerals compliance, supplier risk assessment, and supplier cybersecurity coordination. Manage data collection, validations, audits, policies, dashboards, and cross-functional improvement initiatives to ensure regulatory and customer compliance for semiconductor and regulated manufacturing suppliers.

Lead global supply chain and commodity strategies to optimize cost, quality, delivery, capacity, and risk. Manage strategic sourcing, supplier qualification, NPI support, inventory optimization, and continuous improvement. Drive supplier performance, dual sourcing, capacity planning, and cross-functional projects to improve delivery, cost, and product margin.

Senior finance leader responsible for global accounting close, SEC reporting, technical accounting, SOX/ICFR, and transactional finance. Lead and develop a global accounting team, manage external auditors and advisors, drive finance transformation and automation, ensure accurate multi-entity consolidations and disclosures, and support the CFO, Audit Committee, and Disclosure Committee for a publicly traded manufacturing company.

Plan and schedule material flow and production stages, manage WIP and work order changes, anticipate material/equipment needs, coordinate with manufacturing and stores, and provide schedule input to management while working independently.

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver internal products and department initiatives. Oversee project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, and staffing. Drive process improvements, report progress to leadership, develop project proposals, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Set up and operate automatic and semi-automatic production and robotic assembly machines. Perform machine adjustments, feed materials, inspect output to tolerances, maintain logs, follow process sheets/blueprints, perform minor repairs, and handle materials up to 50 lbs across assigned shifts.
