Develops and deploys AI, automation, and intelligent manufacturing solutions to eliminate manual work, enable paperless operations, improve documentation and knowledge retrieval, optimize processes, and support inspection and analytics. The role builds LLM-powered applications, integrations, workflows, and proof-of-concepts; connects AI with manufacturing systems and equipment; validates accuracy, security, and traceability; leads implementation and adoption; trains users; and measures operational impact.

Design, implement, troubleshoot, and support industrial automation and controls systems for manufacturing equipment. Develop PLC, HMI, motion, robotic, and equipment integrations; lead projects from concept through commissioning and production release; analyze performance data; create technical documentation; support validation, safety, training, suppliers, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver internal products and department initiatives. Oversee project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, and staffing. Drive process improvements, report progress to leadership, develop project proposals, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
