Leads multidisciplinary hardware engineering teams developing high-speed networking and embedded computing platforms. Oversees architecture, board design, PCB stackups, signal integrity, EMC/EMI compliance, prototyping, validation, production release, manufacturing transition, and sustaining engineering. Provides technical direction, mentoring, hiring, and performance management while coordinating with FPGA, software, mechanical, manufacturing, compliance, and program management teams.

Lead AI-assisted software engineering across the SDLC, design and implement large-scale C#/.NET microservices, deploy LLMs and ML models to production, modernize legacy systems to cloud-native architectures, work with containers, CI/CD and databases (MongoDB/Aerospike/Postgres), and mentor engineers while establishing AI-assisted development practices and documentation.

Build and optimize machine learning models, analyze structured and unstructured data, perform feature engineering and evaluation, and identify insights for business decisions. Create dashboards and data visualizations, communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders, improve data quality, and maintain data integrity and confidentiality in regulated healthcare-related environments.
