This role focuses on removing sales barriers as a Senior Sales Engineer, collaborating with sales teams, creating technical content, and educating partners about Infoblox solutions in cloud and security.

Lead end-to-end corporate, M&A and securities legal matters for a public technology company: advise on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, governance, SEC reporting, disclosure controls, equity compensation, and subsidiary management. Serve as primary legal advisor on complex cross-border transactions, manage outside counsel, partner with Finance/Tax/HR/Product, and engage C-suite and Board-level stakeholders to align legal strategy with corporate development objectives.
