Manage complex customer support escalations, account provisioning, technical troubleshooting, database queries, API diagnostics, tracking pixel QA, and outage communications. The role serves as a senior technical client contact, investigates UI and data issues, escalates defects to Engineering, mentors support analysts, maintains documentation, improves workflows, and partners cross-functionally to enhance customer experience and platform resolution processes.

Own product strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery for identity-powered TV measurement features across CTV and streaming. Lead clean room and identity resolution capabilities, conduct market and customer research, define KPIs, and collaborate with engineering, data science, design, sales, and customer success. Advocate for customers, communicate product direction, maintain documentation, and mentor product managers in a data-intensive advertising technology environment.

The role involves managing client relationships and sales strategies, utilizing AI tools for prospect research, and achieving sales quotas in a dynamic environment.
