Supports facilities management clients through strategic sourcing, procurement, vendor management, and supplier relationship activities. Analyzes spend, market trends, and operational data; manages RFP, RFQ, and RFI processes; negotiates pricing, wages, and contracts; coordinates regional and national programs; ensures compliance; and presents sourcing recommendations to clients and stakeholders.

Develops financial models, reports, forecasts, and variance analyses for commercial real estate portfolios. Leads financial close processes, budget-versus-actual reviews, and reporting for senior leadership and clients. Collaborates cross-functionally to identify performance improvements, supports board presentations, mentors junior analysts, and improves financial operations. Requires advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise, with preferred experience in real estate, analytics tools, GAAP, and process improvement.

Leads strategic sourcing professionals and initiatives supporting integrated facilities and property management clients. Responsibilities include supplier relationship management, market and supplier analysis, sourcing strategy, RFP and contracting support, program implementation, compliance, supplier performance reviews, e-commerce procurement, and stakeholder communication. Manages three direct reports and coordinates internal and external resources to improve operational and client outcomes.
