The Data Implementation Specialist manages data discovery and migration for PRISM platform projects, ensuring client satisfaction through innovative data solutions and effective communication.

Support a global design and construction sustainability program by analyzing and maintaining project data, ensuring data quality, tracking energy/water/waste/emissions performance, maintaining dashboards, supporting green building certification, creating deliverables and communications, coordinating stakeholders, and researching sustainability trends to inform strategy and identify improvement opportunities.

Lead and deliver transformational public-sector real estate advisory engagements: provide strategic counsel, run multidisciplinary teams, perform advanced financial and feasibility analysis, structure transactions (P3s, ground leases, tax-exempt financing), support negotiations, drive business development, and produce thought leadership. Serve executive audiences, navigate public procurement and political dynamics, and ensure project discipline with ~2525% travel and hybrid in-office collaboration.
