Lead the design and delivery of data contracts and Delta Sharing across JLL’s enterprise data platform. Build governed, self-service data access, automated quality validation, shared data models, APIs, testing, and reliability capabilities. Integrate these solutions with ingestion, storage, and API frameworks; mentor engineers; collaborate with technical and business stakeholders; and create documentation that enables broad adoption of standardized data-sharing practices.

Manages strategic sourcing, supplier relationships, market analysis, procurement programs, contracting support, compliance, and preferred supplier performance. Coordinates regional and national initiatives, leads cross-functional operations resources, supports RFPs and e-commerce procurement, and ensures client and stakeholder satisfaction. The role also mentors suppliers, supports diversity programs, and partners with legal and risk teams on contract compliance.

Leads facility engineering and maintenance operations, including critical infrastructure reliability, work order management, preventive maintenance, vendor coordination, regulatory compliance, emergency troubleshooting, and team development. Oversees HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire life safety, automation, generator, and UPS systems while ensuring service quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
