Lead construction project teams to deliver projects safely and profitably. Oversee job start-up, document control, budgeting, cost-to-complete forecasting, monthly revenue projections, invoicing, productivity and material cost tracking, change management, client and subcontractor coordination, and postmortems. Ensure schedules, quality, and team performance while supporting and supervising assistant project managers.

Promote and implement company-wide safety programs; conduct jobsite inspections and audits; lead trainings and toolbox talks; investigate incidents and manage workers' compensation and post-accident processes; enforce PPE and site-specific safety plans; coordinate with field leadership and safety team to ensure compliance and documentation.

Lead multi-project construction delivery with ownership of safety, quality, schedule, cost and client satisfaction. Mentor project teams, drive preconstruction planning, establish project controls, manage change orders and financial performance, and serve as primary client contact while supporting division strategy and business performance.
