Lead creative vision and brand expression across campaigns and channels. Manage creative operations from intake and scoping through scheduling, resourcing, routing, reviews, delivery, and workflow optimization. Track timelines, deliverables, risks, capacity, assignments, and service levels across teams. Maintain studio documentation, file standards, asset libraries, DAM structures, metadata, permissions, governance, archival systems, and usage-rights compliance. Support creative teams with asset access and retrieval while partnering with Creative Operations leadership on process improvements.

Create domain-specific prompts and accurate responses for AI evaluation in cytogenetics. Apply professional expertise to assess domain concepts, terminology, reasoning, and content quality. Review and annotate materials for accuracy, clarity, relevance, and completeness while following project guidelines. Tasks may also involve visual reasoning, prompt creation, annotation, and AI training data evaluation.

Own Product Management initiatives across financial systems, Order-to-Cash, Revenue Operations, and BI. Map financial and commercial workflows, validate pricing and contract data, define reporting and dashboard requirements, document functional specifications, and partner with Finance, Legal, Product, engineering, and data teams. The role connects CPQ/CLM, ERP, billing, revenue recognition, and analytics systems while improving data quality, operational efficiency, and process transparency.

Lead enterprise-scale technical programs supporting application security and engineering operations. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, PMO governance, operating cadences, risks, dependencies, milestones, documentation, and executive reporting. Use SQL or IQL to analyze program health, validate results, identify trends, and support decisions. Investigate ambiguous problems independently, drive change initiatives, resolve blockers, clarify ownership, and deliver outcomes across engineering and security teams.
