Lead creative vision and brand expression across campaigns and channels. Develop concepts, visual territories, storyboards, and narrative frameworks; direct multidisciplinary teams; oversee design, typography, color, layout, and visual identity; approve creative work; guide photo and video shoots; present concepts; maintain brand standards; collaborate with marketing, product, leadership, and regional teams; and mentor creative talent.

Manage creative production from scope through delivery, including scheduling shoots, booking crews, budgeting, vendor coordination, stakeholder management, and on-set logistics. Handle post-production editing, color correction, sound mixing, stabilization, retiming, finishing, file organization, version control, and multi-platform asset delivery while resolving issues and maintaining quality.

Manage creative operations from intake and scoping through scheduling, resourcing, routing, reviews, delivery, and workflow optimization. Track timelines, deliverables, risks, capacity, assignments, and service levels across teams. Maintain studio documentation, file standards, asset libraries, DAM structures, metadata, permissions, governance, archival systems, and usage-rights compliance. Support creative teams with asset access and retrieval while partnering with Creative Operations leadership on process improvements.
