Execute account-based and demand-generation campaigns, coordinate webinars and field events, manage CRM and campaign data in Salesforce/HubSpot, maintain project timelines in Asana, support vendor logistics and budgets, use AI tools for communications and insights, and ensure timely lead handoffs to Sales. Travel ~25%.

Lead platform product marketing for M-Files' AI, cloud, and core platform capabilities. Own platform positioning, messaging, GTM strategy, launches, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, and thought leadership. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, and Partners to drive adoption, pipeline, and market differentiation.

Partner with customers to analyze industry-specific business needs and implement M-Files document and knowledge management solutions. Lead small-to-mid implementations, define requirements, integrate with existing systems, provide training, support pre-sales, advise on automation and compliance, and ensure customer satisfaction across targeted verticals.
