Leads Mastercard’s global freight and logistics payments strategy across air, sea, road, and rail. Develops go-to-market plans, identifies market opportunities, enables business development, builds ecosystem partnerships, translates transportation payment needs into product requirements, and supports commercialization through market sizing, business cases, thought leadership, and executive recommendations. The role requires deep freight or logistics expertise, commercial payments knowledge, strong analytical and influencing skills, and experience shaping product, partnership, or market strategies.

Identifies and qualifies merchant prospects across the United States and Canada through outbound and inbound sales efforts. Generates pipeline for regional sales executives, communicates the value of payment and fraud-prevention solutions, maintains accurate Salesforce records, and collaborates with Marketing and Sales Operations. The role requires enterprise sales or lead-generation experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and familiarity with prospecting tools. Payments or technology industry experience is preferred.

Build, support, and optimize enterprise applications using Workday Extend. Develop and maintain Workday integrations with Studio, Orchestrate, Core Connectors, EIBs, REST, SOAP, and Workday Web Services. Translate business needs into secure technical solutions, improve application performance, automate workflows, support CI/CD and monitoring, troubleshoot production issues, participate in Agile delivery, and mentor junior engineers. The role also contributes to architecture, code reviews, technical debt reduction, and ongoing platform modernization.
