Drive Ethoca's North America merchant expansion by outbound prospecting, qualifying inbound leads, generating pipeline for Regional Sales Executives, and communicating chargeback-prevention solutions. Maintain Salesforce records, collaborate with Marketing and Sales Operations, and act as a payments subject-matter resource for merchants and internal stakeholders.
